I was interviewed by the poet Peter Mishler about my novel in translation. His incredibly thoughtful questions and follow ups truly moved me and helped me consider my work anew. The fact the interview was conducted via email meant that I could come off as though I really knew what I was talking about.

Bringing international literature to Chicago

Being part of the Third Coast Translators Collective in Chicago has given me an incredible sense of belonging. I was one of a few members interviewed for this Chicago Tribune piece on the eve of a group reading, which made us quite happy.
