Interview with Garth Greenwell, author of "What Belongs to You"
Interview with Garth Greenwell, author of "What Belongs to You"I met Garth during one quite blistering summer in Sofia, Bulgaria. I’d been invited to the Sofia arm of the Sozopol Fiction Seminars as a panelist on translation, and he had just finished his first novel, for which he was already getting quite a bit of buzz. This interview took place shortly after his novel came out. I later wrote about his novel for the Chicago Reader.
An Interview with IA
An Interview with IAI was interviewed by the poet Peter Mishler about my novel in translation. His incredibly thoughtful questions and follow ups truly moved me and helped me consider my work anew. The fact the interview was conducted via email meant that I could come off as though I really knew what I was talking about.

Translators Collective Brings International Lit to ChicagoBeing part of the Third Coast Translators Collective in my hometown, Chicago, has given me an incredible sense of belonging. I was one of a few members interviewed for this Chicago Tribune piece on the eve of a group reading, which made us quite happy.
